Duties and Responsibilities:
Autogenic training is a relaxation
technique developed by the German psychiatrist Johannes Heinrich Schultz and
first published in 1932. The technique involves the daily practice of sessions
that last around 15 minutes, usually in the morning, at lunch time, and in the
evening. During each session, the practitioner will repeat a set of visualizations
that induce a state of relaxation.
Salary:$81,823-$106,360
Educational Requirements:
The results of two studies are
presented, in which the question was investigated, whether the learning process
of autogenic training (AT) in short group programs can be improved by the use
of a self-control technique (records for the AT-exercises realized without the
group at home).
I would not like to become an autogenic
Trainer because it looks like yoga and I really don’t like yoga. I also would
not like to become one because It seems like a lot of requirements.
