Duties and
Responsibilities:
Health
educators
teach people about behaviors that promote wellness. They develop and implement
strategies to improve the health of individuals and communities.
Community health workers collect data and discuss health concerns
with members of specific populations or communities.
Salary: $34,000 - $50,000
Educational
Requirements:
Although
a bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, it is common for health
educators to hold master's degrees. Some programs are offered in the Master of
Public Health or Master of Education format. In addition to education courses,
students in this field tend to take classes in human development, psychology
and social work.

medical pathway does not interest me because their yearly income is very low
compared to other medical careers. I would also not like to work on this because
their educational requirements are a lot.
